By downloading or using 1XSport Scores (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Information & entertainment only
The App provides football scores, standings and statistical insights for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling or betting product. It contains no odds, no betting tips, no wagering and no opportunity to win or lose money. Analytics such as the Goal Clock and Edge Lab are descriptive statistics derived from historical match data and must not be interpreted as predictions of outcomes or as betting advice.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for a general audience. By using it, you confirm that you are able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Data & content
Fixtures, scores, standings and statistics are provided by third-party data sources and are presented "as available". Team names, club crests, league names and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. We make no guarantee that data is complete, accurate or delivered without delay.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt or abuse the App or its services.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to make real-money gambling decisions.
- We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
5. No reliance for wagering
The App does not facilitate betting and is not designed to support real-money gambling decisions. Past statistical patterns do not guarantee or imply future results.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data availability depends on third-party providers and may change, be delayed or be removed at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App or reliance on any data or analytics within it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
