This Privacy Policy explains how 1XSport Scores ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses and protects information when you use our football live-scores and statistics application. The App is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not offer betting, odds, wagering or payouts.

1. Information we collect

• Device & usage data: device model, OS version, app version, language, and in-app events (screens viewed, matches opened, teams favorited).
• Identifiers: advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission; vendor identifier (IDFV); push notification token.
• Diagnostics: crash logs and performance metrics.
• Preferences: favorite teams and notification settings, stored on your device.
• We do not require an account, and we do not collect real names, payment details or financial information — the App involves no real-money transactions.

2. Third-party services

We use the following processors, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• OneSignal — push notifications (kickoff reminders, goal and analytics alerts).
• Adjust — mobile attribution and marketing analytics.
• Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — usage analytics and crash reporting.
• API-Football — football fixtures, scores, standings and statistics are retrieved from this third-party sports data provider.

3. App Tracking Transparency

On first launch we request permission to track via Apple's ATT framework. If you decline, we do not access your IDFA and rely only on privacy-preserving, aggregated measurement (e.g., SKAdNetwork). You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Tracking SDKs are not initialized in an identifying mode without an authorized ATT status.

4. How we use data

• To operate and improve the App, its scores feed and analytics features.
• To measure marketing performance and prevent fraud/abuse.
• To send optional push notifications for the teams you follow (you may disable them in system settings at any time).

5. Data retention & security

We retain analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Favorites and settings are stored locally on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact us at support@x1sport-scores.app.
